Just a quiet run under the yard light with the kids.

Septic problems tend to suck the joy out of life... Nice to have my little "run buddies" out with me to leave it all behind for a while. Endurance Pyramid run was a nice challenge. Thankful for the + temps today too! For beginner runners, like me, this trainer does a great job keeping up your will during a run! Halfway through my 30 days as of today... and halfway to doing a 5K on the last day
