Howdy! Here's the schedule for this week. PM us or email [email protected] for a zoom invitation. CLASS SCHEDULE - Week of May 3 - May 9, 2021 Monday - Cardio Fun with Tammy - 9:15am... Wednesday - Full Body Workout with Janna - 9:15am optional step (non-choreographed). This one last week was a doozy, so let's do it again! Everything you expect in our FBWs. Bring your step/workout bench for options to boost the intensity and range of motion in your exercises. Friday - Step! with Tammy - 9:15am Sunday - Mother's Day Full Body Workout with Janna - 9:45am

First class is free! Drop-In Only - $6.50 per class 5 drop-ins - $30 ($6 per drop in) 9 drop-ins - $50 (~$5.50 per drop in) Unlimited $65/month (16 + classes available each month!)... Although our 5 & 9 drop-in punch cards do not have an official expiry date, Fit to the Beat reserves the right to cancel unused drop-ins after 8 weeks of inactivity (please contact us if you are unable to use your classes). OUR INSTRUCTORS TAMMY DUNLOP Hi! I have over 25 years experience as a BCRPA registered Group Fitness Instructor and I love, love, love teaching hi/lo cardio and step. My goal for every class is to use the power of rhythm and the precision of patterns to sharpen the mind and strengthen the body and have fun doing it! I have taught at several community centres on Vancouver Island over my career as an aerobics instructor and currently co-own and instruct live, virtual workouts at Fit to the Beat. JANNA REIMER I am a certified in Group Fitness (BCRPA/Vancouver Island Y), Yoga Fitness (BCRPA), and Group Strength (Vancouver Island Y). I co-own and instruct live, virtual workouts at Fit to the Beat, as well as teach group classes at the Downtown Vancouver Island YMCA, and the Panorama Recreation Centre on the Saanich Peninsula. Regular classes in my roster include Yoga, Step, High/Low Cardio, Total Body Strength, and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). I also have experience teaching Bootcamp, CardioBox, Kickboxing, and Core! I will share with you my love, passion, and joy for fitness and movement, with a challenging and fun experience, no matter your fitness level. See more
