It forces your center to keep your body stable as you move, working not just your major muscles but all of thosesmaller stabilizers too! Low Intensity Group Exercise Classes are finally able to return (again) with participants! The guidelines were released last night and the procedures we already had in place met or exceeded all of them. We are putting in place a schedule that starts tomorrow and runs until December 30. The in-person classes are: Wednesday Dec 16, 23 & 30 @10am - Flow Stretch w/ Mel ... Thursday Dec 17 @ 7:15pm - Vinyasa w/ Jennifer Saturday Dec 19 @ 8am - Rise & Shine Yoga w/ Jennifer Monday Dec 21 & 28 @10am - Pilates w/ Annette Tuesday Dec 22 & 29 @ 7:15pm - Vinyasa Yoga w/ Jennifer Sign up in advance is still mandatory. Sheets have been made up front. Mask use is mandatory until the member is on their 'X' in the studio. Flow Stetch & Pilates will continue to be Live Streamed along with the other high intensity classes we continue to Live Stream at their normal 8:45am weekday times. We are also looking at some other low intensity class options to add in the new year so stay tuned! Please note that our Low Intensity Group Exercise Safety Plan is posted outside the Group Exercise Studio, In our Safety Binder at reception and on our website. The Fitness Monitor is responsible for the supervision of the fitness facilities and ensuring our members understand our social distancing and sanitation responsibilities while using the gym. They are also responsible for the cleanliness of all equipment. Additionally, they will be an ambassador while on the gym floor providing a welcoming, inclusive, safe and enjoyable environment for members at all times. . Duties and Responsibilities: - Work all scheduled shifts, with strict attention to being on time. - Oversee the facility at all times to ensure the safety of participants and sanitation of equipment. - Educate members on our social distancing practices when required - Follow opening and closing procedures as required - Provide a friendly, upbeat and welcoming environment at all times. .
