Being in quarantine taught us that we are full of and here's why you won't lose weight until you realize this The #1 excuse for not being able to workout before covid was that you were too busy, you had to drive to work. You got stuck in traffic, then you had to drive to the gym and you didn’t feel like it because of your long day at work. Does that sound accurate?! I know I can relate Let’s now look at the past 6 months, you don’t have to drive to work, your not wastin...g time in traffic, you can do killer workouts at home, you have more time than you ever had. Yet you still haven’t taken action on losing the weight Here’s why: You don't find time, you make time for what is important to you" The universe tricked you, it gave you more time than you knew what to do with so that you could focus on yourself Now it's never too late to get started, just DECIDE if it’s important to you to lose those extra 10-20 lbs, DECIDE if it's important to you to prioritize your health for yourself and your family.
