It also helps to bring the community together, provide education and promote poli...cies that help people with mental disorders. . Remember that you don’t have to be their therapist. You don’t have to fix them. You don’t have to offer advice. Just letting someone talk and reminding them that you’re there for them may be all that your loved one needs. . What can you do to help yourself : You can also make sure that your lifestyle supports your mental health. Some ways to enhance your physical and psychological wellness include: Getting enough sleep every night Eating nutrient-rich foods Cutting down on processed foods, sugars and alcohol Drink 3 litres of Water / per Day. Exercising regularly Practicing mindfulness Taking time for yourself Doing activities that you enjoy Stop to enjoy small aspects of the day. Get outside in Nature. Make veggie-based soups... Adding even a small number of extra veggies, such as broccoli, to soups is a great way to increase your intake of fiber, vitamins, and minerals. 2. Try zucchini lasagna Zucchini is a rich source of B vitamins and vitamin C, in addition to trace minerals and fiber . Take your favorite lasagna recipe and replace those noodles with strips of zucchini sliced with a vegetable peeler! 3. Experiment with veggie noodles Veggie noodles are easy to make, and a great way to get more veggies in your eating plan. They’re also an excellent low carb substitute for high carb foods, such as pasta. shred them slice them with a mandoline cut them up as you please 4. Add veggies to sauces: While you’re cooking sauces, such as marinara sauce, simply add some veggies and herbs of your choice to the mix, such as chopped onions, carrots, bell peppers, and leafy greens like spinach. 5. There’s another birthday @fitwithin HAPPY BIRTHDAY To our very own Sarah Sarah Griffin . What a difficult year not to be able to celebrate with you Sarah we wish you a very happy birthday I hope that you can enjoy your day and celebrating the amazing person that you are! .... Sarah has been with @fitwithin since 2016! 9 months after our opening! Me and Sarah actually met from her booking a reflexology session! And I found out that she had a passion for yoga and fitness and was a certified yoga teacher and Holistic Nutritionist! We connected right away! Sarah also was certified in teaching #piyolive (fusion yoga Pilates ) And was soon after on our schedule....
