Hey guys, I did a full body strength workout with my little sister. I did the harder variation while she did the modified version so that everyone can do it. It was a fairly hard workout but nothing too crazy. Hope you guys enjoy it and let me know in the comments what you think. 3-5sets, 1min per exercise, 20-30secs rest between exercises and 1min rest at the end of each set. 1. Squat jacks or squat with jacks 1min... 2. Mountain climbers or mountain pulls 1min 3. SL elevated hip thrust 30secs/ side elevated hip thrust 1min 4. Hey guys, before I explain the workout, just want to ask you a question, What determines your happiness?, I have learnt that true power is when your joy or happiness can not be dictated by external circumstances like people, mistakes, failures, finances or relationships. Obviously this things help us live an happy life when they are going really well but when our happiness is dependent on these things, we realize we never seem to be happy or fulfilled. You realize the power t...hat dwells in you have when you start to take your joy from the inside not from the outside and instead illuminate it to the world around you and not the other way around. Okay, today I did a chest workout. Technically this is not just a chest workout because other muscles groups are being worked. Today, I focused on volume, so the goal is to do 30-50reps of each exercise. This will help build muscle endurance and the different push up variations will allow you to work almost all the muscles in your upper body. It will also help increase the amount of consecutive pushups you can do in a row. Hope you guys enjoy this workout. You can split this by doing reps of 10 for 3-5 sets or doing each exercise in its totality before moving to the next one. The later is a lot harder and will take longer. It will give you a unique pump, depends on your level of fitness. Full body chair blaster Hey guys, did a fun and difficult full body workout today. Gave it a sweet name cause I felt pretty blasted at the end of it. Anyways, today’s workout consist of explosive power, single leg strength, core/shoulder strength and cardio. An all in one package, do this circuit 3-4times and you should feel pretty blasted if you did it right. A few key points for this workout, make sure you are protecting your knees by landing in a 1/4 squat position whe...n you jump and also make sure you are engaging your core, glutes and leg muscles when doing the different push-up variations. Hope you have fun doing this workout. 2-4sets, 20secs rest between exercises and 2mins rest at the end of each set. (Trust me you will need it ) Hip dive into single leg jump 8/s Arm elevated push ups 12reps Lateral step up into curtsy lunge 8/s Feet elevated spider man push ups 8/s Single leg squat 10/s (bring leg close to the ground, do not push off the ground) Hi plank into chair jump 10reps Let me know in the comments what you think of this workout and good luck
