Things are about to change! I am beyond excited to announce five eleven Studio & Spa is growing, changing, and moving uptown!!! I have purchased a building o...n Bosworth Street to move my salon to, as well as start up a Boutique & specialty coffee shop!!! I will also be partnering with my husband for a side company B.P.G! Hello my lovely clients, friends, five eleven family. I’m not even sure what to say. Both my husband and son tested positive for Covid. ... Both are healthy and fine, which we are very thankful for. Because they were positive they will have immunity from the virus for at least 3 months and will be deemed safe to be out of isolation somewhat soon. However; since Scarlett and I were both negative our isolation will reset, and because of Public Health isolation guidelines, I will not be able to reopen my salon this year. That literally hurts my heart to say that. I love my job, I love my little salon, I love seeing all my clients and being a small part of their lives. I love doing hair for the holiday season. I seriously look forward to December all year long. I am so, so very sorry for all the inconvenience this has caused and will continue to cause. The salon will reopen on Monday January 4th. Borrowed from a friend; Ya’ll know this is true!! I’m the worst for remembering parts!

Hello again!! Just a little health update over here! Michael is feeling much better thankfully. Apart from a migraine he had last Wednesday and his inability to taste (which drives him crazy) he has been quite healthy!! I had a test yesterday as I am obviously a close contact- results are NEGATIVE!!! I just wanted to ensure anyone that was in my chair last Monday or Tuesday prior to our isolation that I was not carrying the virus at that time. As per government requiremen...ts we will continue isolation until we are cleared. Thank you again for all your kind messages, meals, care package drop offs, flowers etc. They truly mean the world. I would just like to address one thing. Since March we have been doing absolutely everything right. We’ve masked, we’ve washed hands, social distanced, and I clean absolutely everything that has been touched between clients. We have done everything right. And still covid got to us. Thankfully for most it is just a cold; but I hate the stigma that comes with it. Please be kind and know that my family and myself would be the same way if you were in our shoes. I thought it best to be transparent about it on my business page. Unless you directly came into contact with my husband for more than a half a hour since last weekend; you do not need to worry about yourself or your family member. Thank you again to anyone that has sent kind words to us during this time.
