MEET THE OWNERS OF ROCKY MOUNTAIN FITNESS AND FLAMAN FITNESS IN PG Hi Everyone! We just wanted to make a little introduction. We are Frank, Melissa (w/baby) and Gabriel O'Brien ... I was born and raised in Prince George and look forward to many years of service to our wonderful little community... especially the very tight-nit fitness community. I started out in the fitness industry back in the mid 90's. I was a high level athlete, coach and trainer. I did my Human Kinetics Degree at UBC and have completed over 20 different certifications over the years. In 2004 I started with Rocky Mountain Fitness and enjoyed the equipment and sales side of the industry. I spent 5 years with Fitness Town in the lower mainland. I came back to PG in 2013 and took over as Manager of RMF. For quite a few years now I have been focused on buying and taking over the business. It has finally happened! Melissa and I have a company called the "MOB ATHLETICS LTD" and we have exciting plans for the future. We hope to see you soon

Hi Everyone! It has been a few months since we have updated. It has been a very challenging time trying to get product. A lot of factories are shut down and the ones that are still going are producing much less inventory with all the COVID restrictions. Combine that with the higher demand and some raw material shortages and it has created a huge back log of orders. Strength equipment - dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, plates, bumpers, home gyms, functional trainers, benches,... squat racks, cages, plate trees, specialty benches and racks - are very rare sightings. We have only received these twice since March and when they do show up they go very fast. Cardio Equipment - treadmills, ellipticals, steppers, max trainers, rowers, spin bikes, recumbent bikes, upright bikes, air bikes - have been coming in a little more regularly. But some companies are struggling to produce product more than others (Concept 2 and Bowflex especially). Accessories - bands, super bands, booty bands, suspension trainers, lifting straps, medicine balls, slam balls, wall balls, mats, plyo boxes etc - have hit a bit of a standstill. We have not seen any accessories come in since the summer. We really appreciate everyone's patience and understanding! The support in Prince George (and surrounding area) has been heartwarming We can see that a lot of you are willing to wait and buy local. We have also noticed that a lot of the bigger box stores are raising their prices but we will continue to keep ours low and reasonable. If you are in the market for a cardio piece to get you through the winter we have a lot of bikes in stock and ready go! Treadmills, rowers, max trainers and ellipticals are backed up pretty good... if you buy today you can expect to see it within 4-6 weeks. **We have been taking pre-orders on a lot of product. This does not hold you to anything and you can get a refund at any time. It just makes sure you get the next available unit. Some items are lined up 8 or more units. Strength equipment and accessories are more difficult to predict. But you can still pre-order and wait for things to come in. Thank you to everyone for the continued support!

The Apollo Cage Canadian Made! We have 4 left We also received some paddle boards and trampolines. We have a few treadmills, Assault bikes, spin bikes, inversion tables, benches and accessories.... Not much arriving in the next few weeks but we have quite a few containers on the water. In September and October we should see a full stock up on dumbbells, barbells, kettle bells, benches and squat racks.

*** UPDATE *** Hey Everyone! We are so happy to see some of our local friends re-opening their doors ... We received a small order with some Assault bikes and Bowflex M6 Max trainers! We recieved some accessories: weighted bars, cable attachments, 20kg vests, MD bosu balls, wall balls, slam balls, exercise mats and some rubber flooring. For those waiting on the Schwinn IC4 Spin bike, we should have them here tomorrow along with a few more accessories (ab wheels, swiss balls and x-mounts for suspension trainers). We should get another order towards the end of next week. Hopefully we will start to see some benches and weights soon.
