The perfect setting doesn't exi... . One of the things I loved the most about our visit to Quebec this summer was catching this field of hydrangeas from the corner of my eye. . I yelled "STOP!" got out of the car and jaywalked to that park.... . I remember feeling bittersweet that day because we were supposed to be in Denver with my bro celebrating his birthday. This had become our tradition recently and almost a year before we were in the most perfect field of sunflowers with him. . Even when things don't turn out as planned, you can still find beauty around you. You just have to be open and look. . Although I didn't get to see my bro, we got to surprise him with yummy food and hang out on Zoom for hours with our family, which we would have never done otherwise. Being active indoors doesn't have to beboring . As the leaves keepfalling I've been getting as much outdoor time asI can with my little onebefore Calgary transforms into Narnia . Obviously nothing compares to being outdoors, but there are a TON of things you can do inside to stay active WITH OTHER PEOPLE so you don't feel awkward and lonely ... . Here are some of my faves: . DancingFlamenco (obvi) Online Zumba class Streaming a workout - my go-to is @beachbodyondemand Chasing your kid (bonusfun points) Stretching and Netflix - do those physio exercises you've been putting off! . You can also do all of these via Zoom with an accountability buddy and turn it into a social activity! I do it all the time and it makes ALL.THE.DIFFERENCE! . Which ones did I miss?
