Had a great time at Mini Chefs, decorating Lag Baomer cupcakes, as well as learning how to package them nicely for our mothers:) We got to make FABULOUS airplanes, that we brought outside to fly in the wind! All in all, it was an amazing week and next week will be even better! Can't wait to see you there:)

Our last Mini Chefs was an absolute blast!!!! We learnt all about Tu B'shvat and had so much fun doing it!!! We made a yummy fruit salad in a kiwi cup, as well as adorable grass head faces:) We are so sad that this Mini Chefs series is over, but we will let you know when the next one comes around!

We had the greatest time at Mini Chefs this week, making delicious apple cake!!! We learnt all about Hachnosas Orchim, and made fabulous Welcome signs for our homes/ rooms:) Can't wait to see all our mini Chefs at our last week of Mini Chefs!!!

We had an amazing second week at Mini Chefs learning all about Jewish dress!!! We painted cool Jewish dress themed fondant cookies!!! And we made fabulous picture frames, to show our smiling happy faces:) Can't wait for all the fun that's in store for next week!

Our first week back at Mini Chefs was a fun filled blast!!!! After eating yummy pizza for dinner, we learnt how to make juice, out of lemons, oranges and grapefruits. Then we each made our own tissue paper fish art! Had the best time, can't wait for next week:) Major shout out to Sari Raphael and Chana Sara Elhadad for all your help!!!

Our second week of Mini Chefs went off with a BANG!!!! We made delicious lasagna that we got to bring home and bake!!! We made the most spectacular Torah puzzles and had a blast with all our Mini Chef friends!!!! Our first week of Mini Chefs we had a blast making delicious Franks N Blanks!!! Made amazing wax Havdallah candles, and played an awesome game of Bingo:))) Can't wait for this weeks Mini Chefs!

A fabulous time was had by all our children at the first youth program of the year!!! After a delicious dinner, we learned all about Shofars, and every child got to make their own personal one to bring home. We ended off by making a honey dish for Rosh Hashanah:) Thank you all for coming out!

We had such a fun time at our final Kids Explore Series!!! We learnt how to make ice cream from scratch using ice, salt, milk, sugar, and vanilla- and had great fun eating it too! Then we planted our very own mini flower as well as a row of flowers for our families to enjoy! All this fun in the spirit of Shavuot, coming up this Sunday and Monday :)))

We would like to thank Mr. and Mrs. Gary and Linda Benjamin for coming in to share with us their knowledge in science, through fun and excting experiments!!!

This week at our Kids Explore Series we had an awesome picnic outside eating delicious hot dogs and fries. We made beautiful flower pots out of fruit and had a blast decorating our very own fish tanks, for our very own fish that we got to take home!!!

Had a great time at Week 2 of our Kids Explore Series!!! We made delicious cookies and had a a great time doing different science experiments and exploring parts of nature!!!

We had an absolute blast this past week at our first kids exlpore series. We made delicious Napoleon cakes and were treated to a wonderful animal/ reptile show!! It was truly fascinating to explore different animals and learn new things about them!!

Flamingo Youth had a blast at the Matzah Bakery on Sunday!! We separated the grain, made it into flour, then turned it into dough, and quickly rolled and kneaded it into crispy Matzah!!! We can't wait for Pesach!
