So today is International Firefighter Day. Thank you so much to those who serve and to their families who support them. If you have never needed a Firefighter or First Responder consider yourself blessed, but know that they are out there saving people and animals and they do so knowing that their own lives are at risk. Here at FLAR we have our own hero.... not only because she's been a volunteer Firefighter for 12 years but also because of the programs and support that she provides here at FLAR for those first responders. So Thank You Rachael Dent Flynn! Stay safe and blessed everyone!

In these crazy times of lockdowns and restrictions we somtimes feel like we're running in circles! Don't forget to take some time to stretch out and relax. Take a deep breath and remember - you got this!

Sundays are for learning how to see that just because we have been asked to do something doesn’t mean the way we get to the ask is any less valued or important if the final ask is completed. Which helps us recognize : Similar patterns Similar personal cycles ... Similar tendencies Similar body language Similar non-verbal communication Which in turn assists us take responsibility for those things & be our own hero to break the negatives along the way and turn them into growth and learning Our teachers (the horses) have a natural ability to assist us navigate through this all in a non-judgemental, patient & understanding way!

Everyone who’s been asking - Looks like with weather we will have to cancel tomorrow for safety of everyone humans and horses alike we will definitely be rescheduling....please be patient as we do not have a reschedule date set just yet .... if you’d like a refund please reach out to me personally Thanks so much for everyone’s understanding here is to hoping for a stronger argument for an indoor area/funding!

Maybe the rain today will settle some of the dust! Lol Shedding really is an art! One that we humans should take advantage of too. Today, I'm shedding any and all negative energy that comes my way! What are you shedding?

A Massive THANK- YOU to everyone who was able to stop by today (while following Covid-19 protocols & precautions) the 80’s was a great hit! We were able to video chat with Lillian during this time for her to say hi to a few people which was great for everyone’s spirits! Best wishes Lillian hope this helps a small bit for your tough journey ahead! 2020 has been a difficult one for everyone over & above Covid so we are so thankful to be able to provide a outdoor venue area wit...h horses that gives hope & happiness Now taking requests for the next theme!!

Who doesn’t LOVE a reason to dress up, have a fun afternoon & help someone who really puts everyone else first and could use that positiveness returned!! Hope to see all of you tomorrow, at least drop by to see the outfit I’ve got sooooo 80’s
