This year already has had a lot of firsts, but this past weekend sure takes the cake! For the first time I had a no show client. I wasn't sure if I should be angry, or sad... Up until now I had never experienced this situation (which I am grateful this has been the only time) I was ready to toss the cake, take down the set and call it a loss for myself. As someone who has struggled before, I know what it's like to forget, maybe put things to the side realizing I couldn't do... it, so I always give the benefit of the doubt.. Unfortunately this time it was sadly taken for granted and after doing my part, it was safe to say they had no intentions of coming. Being in this situation my assistant suggested posting it up and see if someone else would want it. In the moment I felt it would be totally useless, but hey what else did I have to lose? Sure enough this theme that was tossed aside, was scooped up within minutes for this adorable little girl who's birthday happens to be today! (yay for happy endings!) So here's to you Miss Nova, thank you for being so spectacular! You truly are One of a Kind. Moral of the story friends: When life gets you down, get back up... Hello everyone!! First off we want to say thank you so much for the continued support, we kicked off our Christmas Mini season and it has been amazing! We wanted to share a few details with you as some have asked! Where are you located? We are located in Mission, and have MOVED!... YES! As some of you may have noticed during bookings, the address has changed! After a couple weeks of waiting we finally moved in to our beautiful new studio! 2000 sqft with tons of space to keep our distances. Located in the heart of downtown Mission we are SO excited to be working within the community and be able to get to know businesses and families around us! Are you still doing photo sessions? We sure are! There have been new rules put in place for the next few weeks. During this time we are still able to remain open as long as we are following proper safety guidelines. We want our clients to know, we are doing everything we can to ensure your safety! We want to be creating these special moments with you and that can only happen if we are all doing our part! A few things we want to remind you of: You must bring a mask. We do supply masks for $1 each should you forget! Children under the age of 4 are not required to wear one. Once you have settled you are welcome to remove them but anyone not in the photos is required to keep them on at all times. Wait inside of your vehicles. Let us know you have arrived! Please do not open the door we will do that for you. No outdoor shoes past the front entrance. We will ask that you please remove outdoor shoes once you walk in, this is to make our cleaning process much easier and keep the studio as clean as possible during the session. You are welcome to bring clean shoes to change into if you want to wear them for your photos. If you are feeling unwell please STAY HOME. The studio has a very strict no illness policy. Temperatures will be taken before you walk through the doors. Should you fall ill please let us know right away. We will accommodate where we can. If you arrive with clear signs and symptoms of illness, you will be asked to leave and your session will be cancelled with no option to rebook. We know this is a lot to take in, we couldn’t possibly write every detail in one post! So please don’t hesitate to message us, we will gladly answer all of your questions and concerns.
