Newest member of my band, (or should I say nudist member of my band!) Ain’t he cute! This is Merrick, my great nephew, rippin’ some mean ukulele!

This is gonna be one Fun Sunday! My bud, Kris Lindberg, from Sylvan Lake arranged on short notice to have me slide in to the Open Range Saloon in Sylvan to play some tunes and visit with my old Hockeyville friends I’m stoked!!! Probably start around 5:30 p.m. and go to 7:30 or so. If you can, stop by and have a bite, beverage, and Maybelline, (my guitar!) and I will rock you on this Canada Day’s eve!!

Just got back from Bella Bella last night - what a truly amazing part of the world! Never realized how vast and beautiful this part of the BC coast is! Played some music shows for the folks at Shearwater fishing resort - what a blast! Had the privilege of meeting and visiting some of the Heilsuk First Nation from Bella Bella - what a remarkable, kind, gentle, and lovely people! What a treat to spend some time with you! Met some wonderful people at Shearwater - thank you for making our stay so fabulous!

Hey kids! It’s Spring Fling time at the Gabriola golf course tomorrow night! There ‘s a few tickets left, but I wouldn’t wait! $25 gets you a nice dinner, followed by a dance, where I’ll be serving up tons of old rock & roll favourites! Bring some dancin’ shoes!
