Oat , Apple & Date Muffins As spring rushes by into summer and the days get busier, my focus turns to filling our freezer with food. Things we can eat on the go that are handy and healthy, like good old muffins ! I've been brainstorming ways I can help other people in the community fill their freezers too. I know farmers are getting ready for long days in the field, where breaking for meals isn't really an option. I'm wondering if there would be interest if I offered a 'fi...ll your freezer' menu for May. It would include an assortment of baking and items that you can grab in the morning and eat throughout the day. Low risk baking made with high quality ingredients that will give you the energy and nutrients you need for your day. Send me a message if this is something you would be interested in!
