As promised.....here it is....diced onion, diced carrots, frozen peas, vegetable broth, can of coconut milk, can of creamed corn, leftover baked salmon and Italian Bliss. Best chowder I've ever had, even though I made it myself. The combination just came together

Also, watch for more online - gift packs and new spice blends that will be available for next weeks orders, starting Wednesday night at 6pm for pickup on the 9th.
Cannot get enough of local - Kilipi Farm's "little tomatoes" with HUGE flavor! This morning adding some local garlic from local - Morgan Creek Farm, Flavors of the Med - Italian Bliss, some black pepper and good olive oil. In the oven they go.......
Delicious simple dinner.....Island Roots Market - Living Soil Spaghetti Squash roasted then topped with browned beef with Living Soil - onion, kale, carrots and some frozen peas, Flavors of the Med Italian Bliss seasoning blend, Alexander's Aqua Greens Basil and Kilipi Farms tomatoes........so fresh and delicious.....and of course shredded Parmesan Cheese baked on top.....all available at the Island Roots Market on Wednesday from 2-6pm
