Homemade hot sauce!! This weekend I made some garlic, habanero hot sauce! A super simple HOT sauce: -1/2 pound habanero peppers -1 bulb of fresh garlic... -1/2 tsp salt -2 1/2 cups white vinegar Chop up your habaneros and garlic, place all ingredients together in a pot. Put the pot covered on med/high heat, cook for a half hour. Place in a blender and mix(be careful lifting the lid), if needed add some more vinegar to mixture for some more tang. ENJOY!! *be careful when cutting and touching habaneros*
