EVENT AND PROMOTIONS FACILITATOR Seasonal Part Time/Full Time Contract June - August, 2021 (Flexible Schedule) Ideal Candidates: Enjoy working as a part of the Flawless Family team but also capable of working alone Outgoing, highly motivated, punctual, friendly, approachable and hardworking Excellent public speaking and people skills The capacity to organize, develop and deliver promotional material to the public Assets to the position Valid Class G Ontario Driver's License with clean abstract Valid Pleasure Craft Operator Card Experience with operating promotional vehicles Towed watersports experience - including Wake Boarding, Wake Surfing, Water Skiing and Knee boarding First Aid Level C CPR with AED and any other certifications (Please note when submitting resume) Responsibilities and Duties Assist with tent and registration booths for meet and greet for clients Attendance at various local events promoting the Flawless Wakes brand Capture clients and events with various photography equipment Promote the Flawless Wakes brand through various social media Market and advertise services to waterfront clients in order to attract those clients Operate promotional vehicles supplied by Flawless Wakes for events and community recognition Enthusiastic representation of Flawless Wakes and the towed water sports industry Must be reliable, punctual, organized and able to work within tight deadlines Must be able to work flexible schedule which includes holidays and weekends Other duties as assigned by management Salary: $14.50 per hour, plus perks Please forward cover letter and resume via email to [Email hidden] by April 6th, 2021. Happy Thursday Surfers!!! I would like to share on behalf of Mike and myself what a crazy summer this has been! With March rolling in like a lion, it was anyon...es guess how the summer was going to go. Ladies Night was filled to capacity with a waitlist every Wednesday! Your ongoing support of a local, small business was incredible and unwavering. Each of you brought laughs, good music, wild moves and killer vibes each week! The energy of women encouraging women to try something new, to get up on the board, to give yourself permission to treat yourself for an evening was a pleasure to be a part of each and every week. I really wanted to close off the season with a huge finale, but Covid made that an impossibility (boat parts are never coming fast enough) Flawless Wakes wishes you a safe winter and can't wait to see you on the boat again in the spring!
