We are looking for a colt starter to start working for us. We are looking for someone able to work full time starting colts with a reining foundation. Duties include riding 6+ horses a day, feeding, and general labor. The perfect candidate would have experience starting colts, and an interest in developing performance horses. Must be responsible, self motivated and open to learning a slower paced methodical training program. We will want a resume, references and videos if possible. We are located in Prince George and have an indoor arena to work in. Living accommodations can be arranged. Please feel free to message us with any questions.

Fleck’s Horse Training is now taking horses for training and have a few spots available. We are able to take horses from start to finish, and everything in between. Whether you would like groundwork, fine tuning, or a show prospect we are able to help you achieve your goal. We would also like to extend a warm welcome to our newest team member, Assistant Trainer Becky Hedges.
