Phil has served as Vice-President of Western Canada for The Canadian National Sportsmen’s Shows, Vice-President of New Business Development for the British Columbia Pavilion Corporation, General Manager for Molson Indy Vancouver, and Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of the Hawaiian Super Prix. He led the $150-Million Hastings Entertainment enterprise, consulted with the Canadian Government on the 2006 World Urban Forum, served as CEO of the Vancouver Economic Development Commission, and established Heard Consulting Services Inc. and Heard Productions Inc.
