Flemo Farm is now accepting applications from Indigenous individuals or groups whose ancestors would have lived on any of the territories of the Mississaugas of the New Credit, Haudenosaunee, and the Huron Wendat. Unlike the other Community Farmers, the Indigenous Community Farmer would not have to live in Flemingdon Park, or in a neighbourhood immediately surrounding Flemingdon Park. We have WATER! The lifeblood of a farm. We didn't start growing in 2020 because we didn't have water.
