As an early adopter & educator in telehealth solutions, the requests to assist other clinics in setting up an ethical, legal, efficacious telehealth solution has been an honour, but a bit overwhelming. To manage demand, we are running a $25 webinar series, including an initial training day and weekly consultative follow-ups. The first session begins this Thursday, with consultation and Q&A supports for two additional weeks. If you would like to see how we can help your clinic get online and support your clients at this time, please click the link below: http://ow.ly/jG4g50yYZ4U

We look at the importance of incorporating routines while under COVID seclusions on this weeks Wellness Wednesday. Routines provide an anchor to our days and we can be set adrift when they are not in place. http://ow.ly/7GWS50yVJku
Great planning meeting yesterday between our cofacilliators for Wednesdays COVID support group. We will talk about managing anxiety and tackling social distancing. Additional groups will run all week if in demand. http://ow.ly/ioYV50yRXGx
Beginning next week, FLEX will be running online support groups to assist Ontarian's in managing the stress and isolation of the COVID-19 response. This will be a low cost session that is likely covered by extended health benefits. We will be running the first group on Wednesday March 25th at 4pm, but will be running additional groups throughout the week wherever and whenever there is demand. The small fee being charged permits us to continue to pay staff during this time. Each session will include a period of facilitated open conversation and a focused psychoeducation and training element that can be easily implemented within the home. You can find out more with our flyer at: http://www.flexpsychology.ca//8169129/covid.group.flyer.pdf
