Covid Screening and Self-Assessment Dear Flipside Clients,... We would like to advise that due to the current rise in Covid-19 cases on Vancouver Island, we will be requiring a self-assessment screening of symptoms before arriving to your appointment. If you or anyone in your household are experiencing any of the following symptoms, please contact us to reschedule. We have a zero-symptom tolerance in order to keep our salon safe, and we reserve the right to refuse anyone who is showing symptoms or has been travelling outside of Island Heath Region at this time. We will not be charging any cancellation fees if cancelling due to Covid-19. A friendly reminder that masks must still be worn at all times in the salon, by both staff and clients, and hands to be sanitized upon entry. If you or anyone in your household has travelled outside of Canada, or have been to any Covid-19 Epicenters (Fraser Health, Coastal Health, Interior Health) within the last 14 days, please reschedule your appointment.
