Here are some hair washing tips you may not know! I've been binge watching @bradmondonyc youtube videos, love it and learned some new things today. Don't put your hair up in a towel turban, it can cause traction alopecia because it pulls on the delicate front of your hair while it's fragile from the shower! Rub gently back and forth, not in circular motions when you shampoo (that causes tangles.) Use a serum or leave in conditioner after you shower (You probably know t...his this, but I always forget so a reminder was helpful lol.)
