I won’t be able to do the workshops virtually live, however I may be able to do them through a course platform like Udemy where they would be downloadable and you could do them whenever is convenient for you. I will be updating all the meditation posts with them being able to be done over zoom, and give you the information if you’d like to attend the event virtually!
