Amazing results from using @paperchef ! A truly Canadian company! I roasted these beets in a parchment bag .... no need for oil ...they were done in 50 minutes at 350f. I peeled and cut the into this salad that I adopted from one I saw @thedaleyplate. Sliced golden beets, sliced persimmons, burata, raisins, cranberries, sumac, pomegranate balsamic, maple syrup and a drizzle of olive. Made a great side dish to anything you make.
