Bathroom renovation in progress. Further ahead than this at the moment but these are some photos during demolition. Took out the tub, flooring, all the drywall and tiles in the shower as well as the counter top. This will be a standup shower instead with porcelain tiles on the bathroom walls as well as new flooring throughout the bathroom. The vanity will be painted because it’s made out of oak however the countertop will be changed. Also new toilet and fixtures! These kitchen cabinets doors just got painted with a top of the line @sherwinwilliams Emerald Urethane Trim paint just before the property is being listed. Beautiful product and the results came out second to none. These were sprayed to look like a factor finish and turned out silky smooth. ... Another batch getting finished this week. Here’s a few photos with just the first pass with my sander. Still need to fill some tiny holes and sand it smooth.
