My new go to treat Grainless Lemon Zest Almond Cookies ... looking forward to it with my morning homemade cafe latte Easy, Simple and Healthy to make Ingredients:... 2 cups almond flour 4 tbsp arrowroot powder 4 tbsp organic honey 8 tbsp avocado oil 1 organic lemon grated and fresh lemon juice Instructions: 1. In a medium bowl, grate lemon peel and squeeze juice of one lemon 2. Add honey and avocado oil mix well 3. Fold in arrowroot powder and almond flour 4. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and roll dough into round balls Bake 350F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown Happy Baking! #holistictreat #lemon #grainless #lovebaking #holistichealth

Spelt pancakes anyone? Only 4 ingredients healthy and digestive 2 cups organic sprouted spelt flour 1 scoop of a healthy protein powder (my fav from NSP) 1 tbsp baking powder... Apple Cinnamon Molasses Muffins .. homemade and very light and fluffy, easy to digest with healthy ingredients Ingredients: 2 cups spelt flour... 1 cup almond flour 1 tbsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 tbsp cinnamon 1 small apple cut up in pieces 1 tsp molasses 2 tbsp coconut oil 5 tbsp maple syrup 2 egg whites 2 tbsp raw sunflower and or pumpkin seeds Directions: Preheat oven 350 Mix dry ingredients and than add wet ingredients mix well Spoon drop in muffin tray Bake for 20 - 25 min #healthybake #healthymuffins #holistic #goodgrains #lovemolassesandcinnamon
