Now that the budget is out and some of us have been aware of this tax coming up, but would we see more people trying to register their aircraft of commercial rather than private because of it? Commercial aircraft appear to be exempt, now how they define commercial would interest me, will it depend on the C of R alone or would it be needed to be operated in 703, 704.... to qualify?
