I just wanted to post this picture I found today of me in the physward 2-3 years go.4th floor at Lake ridge health in oshawa CMHA. I see a lot of people struggle on The Daily with mental health depression anxiety and I myself am somebody who does as well. I always do my best to help others who do suffer and just want to show guys that you are not alone. I am a patient who is on a form-1 you can never tell from the outside but you I really don't know exactly what goes on every single day on the inside. Be there for people people need you. I do have a social worker I do talk about my feelings.. I am always watched because YOU matter and so do I... Dont ever be scared to seek help. #mentalhealthmatters I am here if you need me as a total stranger. I can help you.

The past 2 years I did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING on my birthday due to depression.
