This weeks soup is called Gypsy Soup: a creamy chickpea base, with sweet potato, a pinch of saffron, and barley. This is a lighter soup to reflect the weather changes.

This weeks’ soup is oven-roasted tomato basil with brown rice and small white beans. High in Vitamin C from the fresh tomatoes.

This Wednesdays’ soup will be broccoli white bean with fresh herbs. Comfort food!
