It takes a community to flatten the curve, so at Flying Duchess we were wondering what we can do for our community here in Toronto. During times trouble, specially Pandemics we turn to - our patron saint of pandemics; Mary Poppins. Yes, Mary Poppins, have you noticed how she always makes an appearance when the markets crash? We imagine she would say something like "Keep calm carry on and fly a kite"... or in Flying Duchess's case "Keep calm, carry on and walk your dog"...so... that's exactly what we have decided to do, walk your dog.... for FREE! Yup free pet care to all our front line/ essential workers in Toronto for the month of May! If you have to be out there to care for our community, making big magic happen then we would like to be your apprentices and show our gratitude. At Flying Duchess we believe Big Magic is possible even during Pandemics...actually especially during Pandemics! So if you know anyone that can make use of Flying Duchess, someone that needs to be out there to keep our community safe, and has a pet, then please pass this on. We would love to be of service...to be honest we need to be of service, because we love what we do, it's what calls to our heart, brings us to life, and rest assured, we have a safety protocol in place to perform the visits safely.
