Ken earned his PPL in 2008. They fly their 1972 Cessna 182 an average of 250 hrs a year. They are active members of the Manitoba Flying Farmers. Places they have flown include across Canada coast to coast to coast, North West Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, USA, Mexico, Bahamas , Cook Islands, Australia and New Zealand . In addition to wheeled plane Ken is also qualified on floats. When not flying they run their custom cattle grazing business on their farm near Miniota Manitoba. They enjoy farm life, old time dancing, walking, nature, sailing, friends and family, good food, and of course travel. In the winter months you can find these Snowbirds at large exploring the world.
