Lindsay just came home for the weekend. Back on the road to Guelph before she's back home Monday for another growing season. Her timing was prefect. And just like this photo, there are no words to express my love for this young lady.

It's that time of year when I receive a reminder. But no need to remind me of our very first volunteer. Grateful for all the helping hands who have given me more than just help in the garden. This is why "f" stands for family, friends, food, fun, fitness.

One of my favourite smiles of the day included this father son moment. ME - "That's a poison apple muffin" LITTLE CUSTOMER- "Well I'll have to test it, Dad you go first"... It was a witch'n cold wet market, the customers warmed it up with smiles and praise.
