This is an opportunity to receive a FREE laptop on a needs basis outlined by the criteria below. Eligibility:... - Applicants must be enrolled in Formal Education at any level from junior high to post-secondary OR be taking courses through an accredited institution, AND be actively attending (online, remote, or on-site). - Applicants must also be of Indigenous ancestry. - Applicants must not have received/be receiving any other support for equipment from Nation, community, or other organization/program. - Applicants must also be Canadian residents. - Applicants must demonstrate need as per low-income OR be identified as living with a disability in addition to having low-income. Digital Mi’kmaq will prioritize on a first-come, first-serve basis given the limited resources available based on the information provided in the application, the demonstrated need, and the date received.
