Campus Closure - Monday, Nov. 9, 2020 The weather event over the past 24 hours has created challenging road conditions throughout the region. Including our Leth...bridge campus. Area school divisions have cancelled classes for Monday and Lethbridge Transit is reducing services. Consistent with these actions, the University will close its Lethbridge campus for Monday, Nov. 9, 2020. This closure will include the University Kid's Campus Daycare. The Centre for Sport & Wellness will remain open for its membership on Monday, November 9 (regular hours of operation, 5:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.). While campus access is restricted, some employees will be on campus to ensure essential services are maintained and to remove the accumulating snow. More broadly, employees who are able to will continue to perform their important functions remotely consistent with the COVID-19 realities we have been dealing with over the course of the year. While this closure will impact some students who may have planned to be on campus, this decision should have minimal impact on classes considering this closure occurs during the fall reading week break. Please be mindful of the winter conditions and stay safe.

Happy Halloween! The Student Affairs team is challenging uLethbridge students to a pumpkin carving contest. Show us your best spooky, scary, ghostly (or cute!)... pumpkin carving skills, tag us with #ulethpumpkinchallenge and tag another student (or a few) who you would like to challenge! We will be handing out FREE pumpkins to the first 50 students tomorrow, Wednesday, October 28, from 12 to 2:30 p.m at Andy's Place (AH100)! ALL uLethbridge students can access Andy's Place without a University pass. Wearing a mask and social distancing will be required. We will select three pumpkins to receive a prize. You will be notified through the platform that you posted on if you have won a prize on November 2. Have a fun and safe Halloween! #squashgoals #ohmygourd
