Drive up COVID-19 testing is available at the Foam Lake Health Centre TOMORROW April 1st from 9AM to 3PM. Please ensure that the attached registration form is f...illed out prior to attending the clinic for testing, and bring your health card! Forms are available at the Town Office or on our website at https://foamlake.com/2020/03/16/covid-19/ Drive in the east entrance and remain in your vehicle. Someone will be there to receive your forms, explain the process, and perform the test. Exit out the west entrance.
