Hello everyone. It's slice to meet you We are soooo excited to introduce you to Juniper! Juniper is the latest addition to the FMB Taproom + BEER/GARDEN and is soon going to be making delicious pizza for you all to enjoy when you're out visiting us. ... The Juniper Pizza Pies Trailer will be parked all summer long at the BEER/GARDEN and will offer takeout style pies that can be eaten at the brewery or picked up and enjoyed at your cabin/house/campsite/on the road. So why Juniper? If you have ever hiked up the Folding Mountain Trail you may have noticed all the juniper bushes that line the start and continue through and up the path to the peak. In this spirit of the start of our new adventure, this hearty little bush is the perfect namesake as we continue to grow Once we're up and running we'll make an announcement. Shouldn't be long now! #JuniperPizza

Happy Wednesday! Let's get summer going right?!? Well we're going to try and kickstart it with some exciting announcements over the next couple of days. ... Today we're releasing our latest menu with a few small changes. For those who loved our basic burger, it is sticking around this summer but has changed names. It is now listed on our menu as our Patio Burger. Because patios amirite? And we've also added a vegetarian option called the Beer Garden Sandwich The Beer Garden Sandwich has grilled kale, mixed greens, tomato, smoked cheddar, sliced cucumber, caramelized onions made with our Folding Mountain Lager, alfalfa sprouts, and garlic aioli. All this between locally made Freson Bros. sourdough bread. So why only a few changes? Tomorrow we'll be announcing a new addition to the Folding Mountain BEER/GARDEN that we've been working on over the winter so that you'll have even more options when you're feeling hungry :) We'll also be adding new seasonal beers as the summer rolls along Oh and we've updated our hours so now we're open 7 days a week, 12-8pm and 9pm on Friday and Saturday. We will be staying open later as we navigate through the current restrictions. Thanks everyone for your continued support and look for some exciting news tomorrow

FMB Pet of the Week! Each week we partner with the Hinton & District SPCA to highlight different adoptable critters. We also make a donation to them on behalf of each animal featured. This sweet and goofy pup is Hagrid. He is a 4-months-old mixed breed who currently weighs 40 pounds. ... He gets along well with other dogs and loves to play. A companion dog with similar energy level would work well for him. Hagrid knows sit, is working on stay, walks well on leash and has good recall. Adoption includes microchipped, neutered and current vaccinations. If you are interested in Hagrid or any of or any of the other current residents at the Hinton SPCA please call 780-865-2800 to set up a viewing appointment. Their hours of operation are 9am to 1pm daily and 6:30pm to 8:30pm in the evenings. All viewings are by appointment only.
