A happy Beltane breakfast with peas, hemp, oats and other goodies. Elizabeth Bennet and her piglets will be moving onto pasture soon, but we love this time of year when they’re in zone 1 of our yard. A big shout out to @tamarackfarms for growing such delicious food for the piggies.

This Sunday we will be performing as a part of an online fundraising concert for the Southquill Food Security Hub in Erickson, Manitoba. We (Ian and Alana) dusted off a bit of our roots/bluegrass chops for this concert and there are many other wonderful acts donating their time and energy to bring the healing of music in the hope that this fundraiser will be a big success for local food security and resiliency.
