CALLING ALL HIGH SCHOOL MUSIC STUDENTS! Interested in including music classes in your university courses? The Windsor Symphony Youth Orchestra is hosting 4 onli...ne seminars for students who are considering including music in their university experience. * Nov. 22nd Dr. Kira Omelchenko, Wilfred Laurier Director of Orchestras * Nov. 29th Maestro Simone Luti, Western University Director of Orchestras * Dec. 6th Maestro Uri Mayer, University of Toronto Director of Orchestras * Dec. 13th Dr. Nicholas Papador, University of Windsor SoCA Director of Wind Ensembles These live and interactive online sessions are held from 3:00-5:15pm. Each presenter will discuss their school’s music program, prerequisites, and any information that will help students choose and prepare for these programs. The sessions are not just for students who are passionate about making music their career, these are also useful for those who are considering a minor in music, or who would like to explore ways to keep music in their life beyond the high school level. All high school students in Windsor/Essex county are invited to attend. Registration is mandatory and space is limited. Have you contacted the studio to schedule your September lesson time yet? So many exciting things await both online and in studio! Weekly challenges, online masterclasses and special guest collaborators. ... Songwriting workshops and theory intensives for all ages. Classes start Sept 14th but students will be accepted until my schedule is full.

In studio music lessons return September 14th! I am so excited to safely meet and make music with all of my students again. Returning students have received information via email. All remaining lesson balances will be transferred to September. If I do not hear from you by Aug 31st I will assume you are not returning. Online lessons are always an option as well.
