My father's book "Food Carriers Out" - sharing what happened to him, the truth of his experiences in the Nazi death camps was his greatest dream. He wanted as many people as possible to know. There are those who try to deny what happened back then, this is a first hand account of what happened there. There were a grievous number of people of the Jewish faith that were killed and tortured, but many people do not know that there were a large number of Christians imprisoned th...ere as well. We are charging only ten dollars CAD for the book plus shipping, we wanted to keep the cost minimal so as many people as possible could have access to it. It would mean a lot to him and to me if you yourself or someone you know would read his book. Thank you for your time All the best, Anja Miracle Walker

This book was written by my father, who survived the Nazi Concentration Camps in World War II. At just 18 years old - he found himself caught in the Warsaw Uprising, captured by the Nazis and sent off to the death camps. He was one of many Christians who found themselves imprisoned in these inhuman conditions. Separated from all he knew, friends, family and his home - this is his compelling story of survival in some of the most horrific events any human can endure.... This man was my father, he was also one of my greatest heroes. This is a compelling story and first-hand account of someone who survived and went on to build a life and success he never thought possible. He never thought he would see the light of freedom again, but he did. This soft cover book is available only $10.00 CAD plus shipping. We do ship internationally. My father wrote this memoir about his experiences in Dachau, Achwitz and Buchenwald during the 2nd World War. A young man of 18 when he was caught in the Warsaw uprising, he was sent off in a freight car to face the greatest hell of his life. This is an honest, detailed account of his experiences and was his way of dealing with the atrocities he had witnessed in his time there. He was not of the Jewish Faith, and indeed many incarcerated there (who were permitted to live) wer...e not. He himself said many many times he would never want in any way to detract from the immensity of suffering and death that was perpetrated on people of that faith, his memoir simply gives voice to the fact that there were also others there as well and the experiences he had. My father lived a long life and accomplished incredible things after this horrific experience, including getting a degree in Architecture, moving to Canada and becoming Chief Architect of the Toronto Dominion Bank before he retired. He was one of my greatest heroes. He overcame seemingly impossible odds several times (some of which are described in this book). His journey was filled with pain, fear, darkness but also a pervading hope and great sense of humor that I believe is what brought him through it all. His book is a raw and genuine account of his experiences from a viewpoint of his culture and upbringing. I highly recommend it, it is not an easy read but well worth it. These are merely words that point to an experience he went through, many of that time did. Perhaps in witnessing this kind of material, and the immense suffering that is caused by war and hatred that we may finally come to know peace. My father passed away on October 1, 2010 and I was unable to say goodbye to him, after all the years he cared for me and stood by me. In promoting his book I hope that this will be a testament to him and the tremendous gift he was to me. I love you Daddy, wherever your beautiful Spirit is now. Thank you for reading this and I hope you enjoy the words of this remarkable gentleman, my father, Stanley Jerzy Sagan, 10 May, 1926 - 01 October, 2010. Sincerely, Anja Sagan
