The blue and yellow colors are bright and welcoming, it's like a modern fish shack inside I'd love to go for a dine in experience when we're allowed to again. Their signature dish is the fish and chips and I could see why. The fish was juicy, and the batter was flavorful, crunchy and golden. With a little bit of ...lemon, tartar sauce and coleslaw it was delicious. The Buddha bowl has lots of healthy ingredients and different textures but felt a little dry. Tried baking these "To Die For Blueberry Muffins" and they were so delicious we had them for breakfast a couple days in a row. The recipe is simple, and you end up with a fluffy muffin that has sweet melted blueberry inside. The crumb topping is buttery and adds a pleasant texture on the top. We really enjoyed the coffee, it has a strong distinct flavor. ... Although everything in the "Bambu Favorite" (red tapioca, pandan jelly, grass jelly) tasted good individually with the coconut milk and shaved ice, altogether it was just too dense and filling. We could barely finish half the cup, and it was a little hard to eat. The food @guru_restaurant is really good so was excited to try their new location @guru_icedistrict We were delighted when we walked in as the place itself is very classy, the servers super friendly and attentive, and the food was presented beautifully! Very aesthetically pleasing. It was clearly stated to us several times throughout our meal that this branch conc...ept was upscale with a modern twist on traditional Indian cuisine. However, I have to say that apart from the Cauliflower 65, we honestly did not really enjoy the taste of our food. The chicken masala felt unfinished with chunky bits of onion and tomato as the main gravy. The paneer and Apricot kofta sauce was simply too sweet and the chili Naan recommended to us overpowered everything else it was paired with. They gave us a complimentary chocolate terrine dessert at the end which was quite nice but sadly didn't make up for the main courses. We started off with PEI mussels in a white wine alfredo sauce and it tasted divine; the mussels soaked up the sauce really well. Might've enjoyed this more than the main dish. That's not to say that the ravioli wasn't great too, the tarragon and shallots in the sauce really shone through and enhanced the lobster flavor. It's a great place to stop by for a bowl of soup to warm you up. The handmade noodles were delicious (you can choose from 5 different kinds; we tried classic) and the portion size super generous. The house special broth was... very meaty and had a good spice to it with chili oil. The sides are tossed in delicious sauces, and tasted good together with the noodles.
