It's been awhile since I've made a post on this page, please forgive me. While foodclothingshelter isn't really active like it once was, its alumni are certainly a busy bunch! David R. Elliott is opening a restaurant in Saint John and still plays shows when he finds time in his busy schedule. The Belle Comedians are reuniting for a show at Shivering Songs 2020. Collective alumni Tynan Dunfield and Babette Hayward just released a new single & video from their project Vogue D...ots. Tynan was also recently hired as the new executive director of FeelsGood Folly Fest! Owen Steel is constantly working on multiple projects including soundscapes, comic books and a recently released EP with fellow fcs alumni Motherhood, who are just straight up killing it these days. The Hungry Hearts fellas have played a few shows together since life took them in different directions, and I feel like another reunion show is well overdue! Whaleskin is an ace producer and DJ in the Montreal scene. Members of fcs have also gone on to form new projects like Bleum, CHIPS, 86&8, Blue Material, Sam Salmon & The Grand Manan Bandits & more! I'm real proud of all these people for pursuing what they love, and working so hard to get where they are. Now it's probably time for Brydon and Matthew to bring back fcs and plan a hell of a reunion. - Luke
