Hello my fellow FOODEEZ! Tonight I tested the Chipotle Flatbread recipe, and it did not disappoint. The best part about DIY Pizza is the customization options. I made this 3 ways, regular, vegetarian, and picky eater! With the vegetarian option just switch the meat for your meat replacement of choice, I used a Gardein crumble. For the little ones we made plain cheese with spinach on the side (eat your veggies, kids). ... This mama loves some spice so I added fresh jalapenos to mine. So flavorful!
