Food For Families BC

Food For Families is a grassroots project, run by volunteers, that connects sponsor families with families that are experiencing food insecurity. We were able to support many families in October and November and are excited to continue for December. We've had many families sign up in hopes of receiving a hamper but are in need of more sponsor families!... We are looking for sponsor families to: -sign up to be matched with a family in need within your local community -purchase groceries, create a food hamper and deliver it to your matched family (in a safe, socially distanced way) by December 25th. That's it! The hampers are meant to provide enough food for the family to enjoy one healthy meal together and are a wonderful way for your entire household to contribute to an incredibly meaningful gift for families in need.
