HOT SAUCE FOR SALE! The Undergraduate Food Science Club and the Guelph Food Innovation Centre have collaborated to create an organic hot sauce, aptly named "Cannon Fire!" The hot peppers and garlic were sourced from the Guelph Centre for Urban Organic Farming, the on-campus organic farm. The Food Science students were involved with "Cannon Fire" throughout the entire process, from product development to label design to manufacturing! It was a great opportunity for the student...s to gain experience and make connections. The hot sauce is on sale for $10.00/bottle (taxes included) while supplies last! It makes a great gift!
