Our FSMA course contains 6 modules. Module 3 discusses the requirements in relation to Intentional Adulteration and Food Defense and as such compliments the Preventive Controls for Human Food (PCHF) and the Preventive Controls for Animal Food (PCAF) as discussed in the second module. There are four lessons in this module: Introduction and overview, including a video of approximately 11 minutes.... The second lesson contains a video of 27 minutes and is on conducting a Vulnerability Assessment. The third lesson is on Food Defense and includes a video of 8 minutes.
