Happy Easter ! Success Cake is an Easter celebration in our house. It is almond cake with butter and custard cream. This year I had fun trying out the Wilton number 1 tip for making roses for a more festive look. So much fun. I’m not sure If the origin of the cake is Norwegian or Swedish maybe is a combination of both.In Norway it is common to serve this cake at milestones and special occasions like Easter. In IKEA sells their own version of the Swedish Almond Cake .

Anyone on keto and low carb diet ? Have you tried Tuna crust pizza ? Sound weird but it taste so good ! Here is the recipe: Pizza crust 1 can of tuna 1 tablespoon of coconut flour 1 egg... 1) Preheat Oven to 360F 2) Drain tuna in a mesh strainer 3) Combine tuna, egg and coconut flower and mix well. 4) Spread the tuna dough onto a baking sheet with parchment paper. Shape the dough as a pizza. 5) Place the tuna crust in the oven for 20 minutes. 6) Take the crust out of the oven and place your favorite pizza toppings on the crust. Place the pizza back in the oven for another 5-7 minutes. Enjoy ! See more
