Messing around with some banded bench press while I wait for the gyms to reopen The bands work to add more resistance around the middle and top of the bench press while also adding focus on bar control. I wouldn't always reccomend using bands for bench press especially if you are new to the gym. However, it is a great tool for working on sticking points and strong lockouts!... (In a perfect world I would have a better set up for the bands but you gotta work with what you got!)

Core blaster for all the ballers out there! (Or any athlete/individual looking to challenge their core strength/stability/hand-eye) Save this post and give it a try!... 2-3 Sets All exercises 45sec 1. Bird Dog Dribbles - 10 dribbles then switch hands - Start your first few reps in a plank to feel out the movement 2. Bicycles Ball Between the Legs - 4 slow, 4 fast 3. V-Sit Ball Around the Legs W/ Table Top Crunch Finisher - 10 right -> 10 left -> 5 right -> 5 left -> 10 table top crunches 4. V-Sit Drop Catches - Hover ball between your legs, drop then catch with your hands under your legs. Pop the ball up and catch with you hands over your legs
