How is it legal for a family doctor to refuse taking a person as a patient? How is it legal for a family doctor to screen prospective patients to suit the doctors agenda? How can a prospective patient find a doctor after moving or doctor retirement?... This is a problem I am seeing everyday now? How can this be happening, where are all the doctors?

Public Service Announcement On Monday, July 6, Dr. Robert Kyle, Durham Region Medical Officer of Health, will issue instructions for the use of non-medical masks and face coverings within public indoor spaces. His instruction will include the mandatory use of face coverings within indoor public spaces, effective July 10.
