Now more than ever, this little phrase is so very true. Even prior to having to shut our doors I’ve tried to always support small and local over the big guy. Yes, maybe you pay a little more, but you’re backing your neighbours, friends and the community that you love. I’ve lived the literal blood, sweat and tears it takes to own and operate a small business for the past 7 years and the past 8 weeks have been by far the hardest. I always knew FBC had a loyal fan base even ...though we’re just a little corner shop that for the most part flies under the radar. I’ve been meaning for some time now to send a message of gratitude to everyone who’s been there for us through this time.
